This form of cooperation is suitable when you need to consult direction on an ongoing basis, review proposals, participate in selected meetings, connect business and IT perspectives or regularly correct the direction of data and BI initiatives.
I typically help to:
consult the direction of data and BI projects,
review assignments, proposals and decisions,
participate in selected management or project meetings,
highlight risks in data, metrics, reporting and architecture,
support communication between business, IT and suppliers,
bring senior data perspective where the internal team does not have it available.
Fee: from CZK 100,000 / month
Typical scope: approximately 1 day per week, equivalent to 32 hours of my work per month.
This is dedicated time and mental capacity reserved for the given month. Unused capacity is not carried over to the following months.
