An analyst may be able to build a report technically, but may not yet understand whether the metric truly reflects reality. A manager may ask for a better dashboard, but the decisions it should support may not be clear. A BI team may deliver a technically correct output that is not useful enough for leadership.
Mentoring and training help bridge these gaps. They develop people’s ability to ask better questions, understand data in context and create outputs that have real value for the company.

The workshops have a clear and proven storyline, but I always adapt them to the specific company, participants and topics that matter most to them.
This is not a tool training course about “where to click in Power BI”. The workshops develop principles, analytical thinking and the ability to understand data in business context.

A corporate workshop typically takes 7 hours plus a lunch break. The ideal number of participants is around 5, but a larger group can be agreed if needed.

This is not people management in the organisational sense. It is expert and methodological guidance that helps the team think better, make better decisions and deliver higher-quality outputs.
I typically help to:
